About the role

For our international activities, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Employee for the French market (40 hours per week). In this commercial role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone. You ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely handling of questions.

 

As a Customer Service Employee, it is important that you have a service-oriented mindset and always aim to support customers in the best possible way. A key responsibility, as you are the face of our company! Customer inquiries may relate to our products, as well as order status.

 

What will you do?

Your main role is to support and guide B2C and B2B customers in their purchasing decisions, providing high-quality service and advice.

 

Your responsibilities include:

·         Maintaining customer contact via various channels (social media, email, and phone);

·         Processing and handling customer inquiries, actively supporting customers and thinking along to provide suitable solutions;

·         Identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities through targeted upselling and cross-selling;

·         Processing returns;

·         Preparing quotations for customers and ensuring proper follow-up;

·         Handling customer reviews across different platforms;

·         Resolving complaints in collaboration with other departments.

·  To be activily involved in growing Turnover and developping the customer journey

What do you bring?

·         At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role;

·         Availability for 40 hours per week;

·         A strong service-oriented and customer-friendly attitude;

·         Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently;

·         Good computer skills and experience with MS Office and social media channels;

·         Ability to quickly learn new systems and switch between multiple tools;

·         French is your native language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

·  Knowledge and experience of the French culture and Agriculture 

·         Proficiency in a second language (English or Dutch) is required for internal communication;

·         Nice to have: experience in an e-commerce environment.
